Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect as little as we can, we never sell your information, we don't use advertising trackers, and you can ask us to see, fix or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are
Udenia is operated by Jose Corona in Texas, USA ("we", "us"). Udenia is the parent company of UAIWF, Betsy, YURROWN, AIT Certification, Udenia Academy and related projects. This policy covers the udenia.com website, talking or texting with Betsy on it, and Udenia cards. UAIWF membership has its own privacy policy.
2. What we collect
- Udenia cards: when you redeem a card, we record the card PIN, the time, and the name or phone number you choose to enter (optional), so the balance goes to the right person and cards can't be used twice.
- Basic technical information: to stop spam and limit overuse, we turn your internet address into a scrambled code that changes every day and can't be turned back into your address. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs.
We do not use advertising trackers or sell-your-data partners.
3. Talking or texting with Betsy
When you talk or type to Betsy, what you say is sent to Google's Gemini service so Betsy can understand you and answer. We do not save recordings or transcripts of your conversation. Google processes it under its own terms. Please don't share passwords, card numbers, ID numbers or other sensitive personal information with Betsy.
4. How we use your information
- To run the website, Betsy and Udenia cards.
- To keep the service safe, prevent abuse and fraud, and improve it.
- To follow the law.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. We use a few trusted service providers, and they may handle your information only to provide their service to us:
- Secure database and website hosting providers: store card records and run the website.
- Our AI voice provider, Google (Gemini): powers Betsy. Google also loads the website's fonts.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business (the new owner would have to respect this policy).
6. How long we keep it
We keep card records as long as needed to run the card and as required by law. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except for records we must keep by law.
7. Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information.
- We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live.
8. Adults only
Udenia's services are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
9. Security
We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit, and a private database that the public cannot see. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
