Terms of Use
The short version: Betsy and our tools are here to help you, but they can make mistakes and don't replace safety procedures or qualified people. Card balances can be used only on Udenia services. Be honest, be respectful, and use it legally.

1. Agreement
These terms are between you and Udenia, operated by Jose Corona in Texas, USA ("we", "us"), and cover the udenia.com website, Betsy, Udenia cards and our tools. By using them, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. UAIWF membership also has its own terms.
2. Preview
Udenia is in an early preview. Features may change, pause or stop, and some products shown on the site are still being built.
3. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older.
4. Betsy, AI tools and safety
- Betsy and our tools use artificial intelligence. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date.
- Never use them as the final word on safety-critical work (for example JSAs, lockout/tagout, energized work, confined spaces or startups). Always follow your site's procedures, permits and the qualified person in charge.
- You are responsible for decisions you make. Check important information yourself.
- Our AI tools give suggestions only; they do not control equipment.
5. Udenia cards
- Card value can be used only for Udenia services. It is not a bank account, has no cash value, and can't be exchanged for cash except where the law requires.
- Each card PIN can be redeemed only once. Keep your card and PIN safe; we can't replace a card that someone else redeemed first.
- Any expiration date or conditions printed on the card or shown when you redeem it apply, to the extent the law allows.
- We may cancel cards that were stolen, copied or obtained by fraud.
6. Use it the right way
Don't use Udenia to break the law, harass anyone, pretend to be someone else, send spam, copy or overload our systems, try to get around our limits or security, guess card PINs, or share other people's private information without permission.
7. Ownership
The Udenia, UAIWF and Betsy names, our designs, text, pictures and software belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for your own personal purposes. What you send us stays yours; you give us permission to use it only to run and improve our services.
8. Other websites
Our site links to other sites, including our own projects in progress. We aren't responsible for third-party sites.
9. No warranties
Udenia is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use Udenia means you accept the updated terms.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
